The importance of preserving our natural environment is gaining consensus in
the corporate world today.
Under this circumstance, Nissin Electric Co., Ltd. and our affiliates
recognize fully our role in protecting the earthﾕs environment through
our products and technology. Abiding to our basic principle vowing
"to act with respect towards the harmony and preservation of the
natural environment in all aspects of our corporate actions, for
the sake of our earth and the human race", we take part actively
in countering environmental issues by developing new products and
technologies in fields such as clean energy, energy efficiency, exhaust
processing etc., and by forming dedicated committees for promoting
energy efficiency, efficient use of resources and recycling.
It is this standpoint from which we have recently issued our Green
Procurement Guideline. The aim of this guideline is to achieve "Green
Procurement" by prioritizing the procurement of products and services
which cause minimal burden to the environment and by reducing or
eliminating the use of harmful chemical substances.
The procurement department of Nissin Electric Co., Ltd. and our affiliates aims
to promote green procurement along with our suppliers through this guideline.
