The approximately 380-meter fence which borders the north side of the
company has been rebuilt, one of a number of developments marking the
90th anniversary of the founding of Nissin Electric Co. Ltd.
The previous fence was a concealing type, built with security in mind.
More than serving a purely functional purpose, however, the new fence
seeks to contribute to the surrounding environment. It allows people on
the inside to look out and those outside to look in. It is hoped that
this will demonstrate to the local community that Nissin Electric is
striving to be an even more open company.
One of the goals of the company's current CSR program is the creation
of a secure, safe, and comfortable environment, and the rebuilding of
the fence is in accordance with that objective. In addition, vegetation
which will harmonize with the fence has been selected. |
